This is our second set of rules, but these only apply to role-playing. If you do not wish to role-play, then read the seperate rules for the none-role-play areas of the Dome Message Board.

Here are the rules you must follow!

  1. You must role-play in the third person.
  2. The beginnings of sentences and 'I' as in 'I will not', must be capitalized. Put your character's thoughts in italics and their speech in "quotation marks".
  3. Do NOT put *stars* or =equal signs= around actions unless you are speaking out of character, and if you ARE speaking out of character, kindly put what you wish to say in between ((double parentheses)) or perhaps begin your sentence with OOC - .
  4. You CANNOT advertise inappropriate websites. No sexual content. NONE! No ads to sexual websites, no role-playing sex, anything. Kissing is perfectly fine, but if it does cross the line into something more extreme, you will possibly be suspended, or if it is really bad, banned. Please understand that there are younger people here and that they must be respected. We would love to keep this family friendly. Please be mature.
  5. No player killing, unless you have a character's death planned out. That means, do not interrupt some random RP and claim to kill everyone. Not only will your message be deleted, but also you'll most likely be banned.
  6. No god-moding. This means you cannot play as someone else’s character, or guide their actions or whatever, without the owner’s consent. It is perfectly fine to say "Bob led Fred down the street" or whatever, but no actually controlling the other character. Make sense?
  7. Keep swearing to a minimum. You will be allowed to swear, but we don’t want "FUCK, FUCK, FUCK YOU BITCH ASS WHORE!" or anything like that.
  8. No Out Of Character fighting

    EX:

    Matilda: OOC: HEY, GEORGE! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

    George: OOC: Nothing, just making fun of you for being a loser.

    Matilda: OOC: FUCKER!

    Yeah, don’t do that. People will get upset with you. We will probably warn you first, if you do something like that

  9. Absolutly no disrespect towards the band or the idea of this community. Absolutely none! Also, please be respectful towards others. If you are role-playing and your character is just like that, then you are allowed to show disrespect towards others, but keep it tasteful. If this offends someone and they ask you to stop, then you must. If you continue to be disrespectful to ANYBODY when you are asked to stop, in or out of character, then the mods will decide what happens to you.
